Stay on Jadhav’s hanging Case

In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the International Court of India has won a major victory from the court, ICJ on Thursday. Judge banned Jadhav’s hanging till the last verdict. At the same time, Pakistan has refused to accept the decision of the international court adopting a formidable approach.
ICJ President Ronnie Abraham told Pakistan to give permission to meet Indian officials and Yadav’s family Court ruled that Jadhav’s life is in danger The court said that the Vienna Treaty does not mean that the spying and terrorism accused should not be allowed political diplomatic so that hearing in his case is his right
Abraham said that Pak Jadhav’s hanging should be given to the court in full details of the operation of the disease. It is worth mentioning that the military court of Pakistan had on April 10 sentenced Kulbhushan Jadhav to death for espionage and terrorism.

What is the Vienna agreement???

What is the Vienna agreement

This is an international agreement, Under which a citizen of a country is detained in another country ,He will have the right to meet the officials of the High Commission or Embassy of his country. The full name of this agreement is ‘Optional Protocol to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations Concerning Compulsory Settlement of Disabilities, 1963’.

– India signed the agreement in November 1977 and Pakistan in March 1976

Possible to stop hanging without hearing?

Under the agreement, Article 74 of the rules of ICJ, Under paragraph 4, any member of the Chief of ICJ can request a ban on hanging from the country without hearing.

Why did not India go to ICJ in the torture and murder case of Indian Army officer Saurabh Kalia? This matter does not come under the purview of ICJ, as per the Declaration of India’s September 18, 1974

– Controversies related to animosity, fighting, self-defense do not come under its purview.

– Controversy arising from all agreements in which all parties are not part of the agreement or the government’s consent on this does not fall within its purview.

Pak was also in favor of decision

India has filed a case in ICJ after 46 years. Prior to this, in 1971, after the abduction of the Indian Airlines Airlines aircraft in 1971, the ICJ reached the ICJ for flying rights of Pakistani aircraft in their airspace. Although the court’s decision came in favor of Pakistan.

Pakistan will follow the instructions of ICJ?
ICJ has stated on its website that its orders are fully binding And Since all members of the United Nations are sworn in to accept the order of the international court, Therefore, it is not possible to not implement his decision.

Although there are some exceptions, Because the international court does not have any direct power to enforce its order.

Not implemented, So he could apologize to United Nations Security on this. In such a situation where the army’s decision in Pakistan is final. In such a situation if the Sharif government wishes to accept the decision of the ICJ, will the army accept it? This is a great question.

What is icj

ICJ is the important judicial body of the United Nations. It was founded in Hewel, Holland, in 1945, and began working since 1946.

– The ICJ has 15 judges who are elected by the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council for nine years.

– Its official language are en and French .

What is the jurisdiction?

According to ICJ’s website, its work is to resolve legal disputes between the two countries and to give opinion on legal questions raised by authorized UN bodies and special agencies. That is, it has three special duties –

1. According to international law, it decides on legal disputes.

2. Shows judgment on dispute between the two sides.

3. The UN gives opinions on the requests of the units.

Jadhav was sentenced to death for ‘espionage and destructive activities’.

ISLAMABADD: On Wednesday (May 10), Pakistani officials banned from the International Court of Justice on the hanging of Indian civil servant Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was awarded death sentence by the military court on charges of ‘Pakistan has not officially responded to the order of the IC-based Hague.

Local media has rejected India’s claim. Geo TV said that the ICJ does not come to Pakistan in the jurisdiction because it can take cognizance of the matter with the consent of both the parties.. Dawn’s online website has not provided any information about India’s claim to the ban. Similarly, the Express Tribune did not mention the order to stop the news on this issue..

Jadhav (46) was sentenced to death last month. India had turned against the Pakistanis for ICJ alleging that Pakistan violated the Vienna Treaty in the Jadhav case. India has argued in its appeal that it was not informed about the arrest of Jadhav for a long time after he was arrested and Pakistan did not inform the accused about his rights.

India said that in violation of the Vienna Treaty, Pakistani authorities rejected India’s rights of diplomatic access to Jadhav despite repeated requests. The ICJ confirmed the receipt of an application from India in a statement on May 8. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said in New Delhi on Tuesday (May 9th) that she talked to Jadhav’s mother and told him about the order of ICJ.

Pakistan claims that its security forces had arrested Jadhav from the troubled Balochistan province on March 3, last year after allegedly entering Iran. Pakistan claims that Jadhav is an officer of the Indian Navy. Jadhav was sentenced to death for ‘espionage and destructive activities’.

India has admitted that Jadhav is a navy officer but rejects any kind of relationship with the government. India said that Jadhav was abducted from Iran. India has also sent Jadhav’s mother’s appeal to Pakistan, in which her punishment has been asked to start the reversal.

British inventor takes flight in ‘Iron Man’ suit

The personal flight suit is capable of propelling wearers much higher and faster, according to its creators.

British inventor Richard Browning lifted off from the shore of Vancouver Harbour on Thursday in a personal flight suit that inspired references to comic superhero ‘Iron Man’.

Using thrusters attached to his arms and back, Mr. Browning flew in a circle and hovered a short distance from the ground, captivating attendees at a prestigious TED Conference.

The personal flight suit is capable of propelling wearers much higher and faster, according to its creators.

“The hypothesis was that the human mind and body, if properly augmented, could achieve some pretty cool stuff,’ the extreme athlete and engineer said at the gathering a short time earlier.

Mr. Browning told of experimenting with various numbers and arrays of essentially miniature jet engines on his limbs. Along the way, he said, there were more than a few crashes to the ground.

“The whole journey was about trying and failing, and learning from that,” Mr. Browning said.

The first reasonably stable, six-second flight with the gear inspired his team to press on. His start-up, Gravity, formally debuted about a month ago with an early-version suit called Daedalus.

A 55-second video clip of the suit in action has logged more than a million views since being posted on YouTube about three weeks ago.

Mr. Browning said he was already getting interest from investors and some in the British military, who told him they had given up on the flight feature of an ‘Iron Man’ suit until seeing his human-propulsion gear.

“I don’t think anyone is going to be going down to Wal-Mart with it or taking anybody to school for quite a while, but the team at Gravity is moving it along,” Mr. Browning said.

He dreams of a flight suit that one day will allow its wearer to launch from a beach, soar along the coast and then perhaps hop into a helicopter in the air to continue their journey.

Mr. Browning has already seen the early-version flight suit compared to the ‘Iron Man’ armour worn by Marvel Comics character Tony Stark, but stressed that his goal was firmly rooted in the real world.

He also described the project as part of a personal journey, inspired by an engineer father with a love for flying machines, but who died when Mr. Browning was just a teenager.

Donald Trump Now Agrees With Majority Of Americans: He Wasn’t Ready To Be President

Donald Trump spent a great portion of 2016 insisting that being president would be easy – at least for him. HuffPost compiled a number of examples of him dismissing the problems that accompany the job as being easily dispatched. Building a wall on the border with Mexico is easy. Beating Hillary Clinton would be easy. Renegotiating the Iran deal would be easy. Paying down the national debt would be easy. Acting presidential? Easy.

To a reporter from Reuters this week, though, Trump had a slightly different assessment of the presidency.

“I love my previous life. I had so many things going. This is more work than in my previous life,” Trump said. “I thought it would be easier. I thought it was more of a . . . I’m a details-oriented person. I think you’d say that, but I do miss my old life. I like to work so that’s not a problem but this is actually more work.”

It wasn’t the first time that Trump copped to the job being trickier than he anticipated. In November, NBC News reported that Trump had told former House speaker Newt Gingrich that “This is really a bigger job than I thought.” (Gingrich’s response? “. . .good. He should think that.”) Then there are individual issues. “Nobody knew health care could be so complicated,” he said at one point. At another, he revealed that it took a conversation with the president of China to realize that the situation on the Korean peninsula was “not so easy.”

There’s an element of surprise in Trump’s comments, a hint of bafflement that having responsibility for the welfare of 320 million people entwined in a global economy and international relationships might end up being trickier than running a real estate and branding shop from midtown Manhattan. One group that probably wasn’t surprised that Trump wasn’t prepared? The majority of Americans.

At no point over the course of the 2016 campaign did a majority of Americans think that Trump was qualified for the job of the presidency. Polling from The Post and ABC News shows that views of Trump as unqualified dominated throughout the campaign. The only group that consistently viewed him as qualified to hold the position were the working-class white voters that constituted the core of his support from early in his candidacy.

More to the point, polling from CBS News showed that, consistently, Trump was viewed as unprepared for the job. In June, July and September – before, during and after Trump began making his general election case – the majority of Americans thought he wasn’t ready to hold the nation’s highest position.

Asked by CNN and its polling partner ORC, most Americans viewed Clinton as more prepared than Trump by a wide margin, including among Democrats and independents. A much greater number of Republicans were willing to call Clinton more qualified than Democrats were Trump.

Put simply: The majority of Americans didn’t think Trump was ready to be president of the United States. Based on his comments about the job being bigger or harder than he thought, that it is more work, it seems safe to say that Trump has also now come to believe that he wasn’t prepared for the office.

On at least one point, though, he continues to be convincing himself that he’s up to the task. In the middle of his interview with Reuters, Trump paused to pass out copies of a map he had on hand. The map showed the United States, colored with the results of the 2016 election. “It’s pretty good, right?” he asked the Reuters team.

According to the News24 Dawood Ibrahim a maybe die soon. He is admitted at the hospital of Pakistan and he is very serious condition.

With the United Arab Emirates government already probing his properties and the Enforcement Directorate filing a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, it appears that bad days for Dawood Ibrahim have begun. There are several business interests and properties of Dawood which have been identified in Dubai, and India is working closely with the UAE to seize them.

A dossier prepared by India listed several properties and made a mention about a company known as Golden Box being run in Dubai. The dossier states that this company is being run by Anis Ibrahim, Dawood’s brother. The list of properties also includes hotels. The ED had narrowed down on the list of properties.
